How It Works

One platform, five ways to use it

YatHub is built around captains, crew, dock owners, and vendors — the four sides of the yachting network. Pick your path. Every account is free.

Captains & Yacht Managers

Hire crew, run the vessel from one place

1

Post a role

Specify department, certifications, vessel size, dates, and pay. Posting takes under two minutes.

2

Share to the network

Your post goes live on the YatHub job board and is shared with our crew community — captains and crew who respond in minutes, not days.

3

Review and message

Qualified applicants apply with a structured profile: CV, licenses, references. Filter, message, and shortlist in the employer dashboard.

4

Hire and keep the records

Make the hire directly. Communication, applications, and the candidate's certifications stay in your YatHub account.

Everything is free with no limits while YatHub is in beta — no plans, no upgrades.

Post a Job

Yacht Crew

Stay in front of the captains hiring right now

1

Create your crew profile

Add your departments, roles, certifications, experience, and availability. Your profile is shareable — send it to any captain or manager.

2

Browse job listings

Filter by department (deck, engineering, interior, galley, management), vessel type, location, and contract length.

3

Apply directly

Free accounts get 3 applications per month. Pro members apply to unlimited roles and appear first in employer searches.

4

Manage your applications

Track which roles you applied for, receive employer messages through the platform, and collect recommendations from past captains.

Everything is free with no limits while YatHub is in beta — no plans, no upgrades.

Browse Crew Jobs

Dock Owners

Turn your dock into recurring income

1

Submit your listing

Add your dock dimensions, depth, shore power, amenities, access notes, availability, and pricing. Add photos to get more inquiries.

2

YatHub screens your listing

Our team reviews your submission — specs, photos, access details — before it goes live. This typically takes 1–3 business days.

3

Receive qualified inquiries

Captains and yacht managers contact you through the platform. You get their vessel specs upfront so you can decide whether the boat is a fit before agreeing to anything.

4

Agree and manage

Accept or decline each inquiry on your terms. Use the owner portal to track messages, documents, and listing performance.

Boat & Yacht Owners

Find a private dock matched to your vessel

1

Create a free account

Sign up and add your vessel specs — LOA, beam, draft, shore power requirements, and any liveaboard needs.

2

Search dock matches

Browse or use the vessel-match filter to see only docks your boat actually fits. Filter by location, amenities, price range, and availability.

3

Contact the owner directly

Send a booking inquiry through YatHub. The dock owner receives your vessel specs and can approve or decline before any money changes hands.

4

Agree terms directly

Pricing, deposit, access details, and move-in date are agreed between you and the dock owner. YatHub keeps the conversation thread.

Service Vendors

Get inbound maritime service leads

1

Create a vendor profile

List your services, coverage area, certifications, and past work. Your profile appears in the YatHub service directory.

2

Receive project leads

Dock owners, captains, and property managers post service projects. Vendors on the platform can see and respond to relevant requests.

3

Submit interest or a bid

Message the client directly through YatHub. Keep your proposals and client communication in one place.

4

Build your reputation

Completed projects build your review history on YatHub. Pro vendors get priority placement and more monthly bid credits.
