Dock dimensions, depth and utilities are supplied by the owner and are not independently measured or verified by YatHub — confirm them with the owner before arrival.
Depth Disclaimer
Reported water depths are estimates only and may vary due to tides, weather, silting, dredging, vessel loading, and local conditions. The captain and vessel operator are responsible for confirming adequate depth before arrival and during the stay.
Utilities
Shore power availability, amperage, voltage, water access, and other utility details must be confirmed in writing before arrival. YatHub does not guarantee utility specifications until written confirmation is provided.
