2. Use of Services

YatHub provides a platform connecting yacht captains, owners, managers, and brokers with private dock owners, crew housing providers, and marine service vendors. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. No Guarantee of Availability

Dock availability, pricing, utilities, depth, access, owner approval, and suitability are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing through YatHub. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a booking or reservation.

4. Vendor Referrals

YatHub may refer you to third-party service providers. These referrals are provided for convenience only. YatHub does not guarantee vendor availability, licensing, insurance, pricing, quality, or performance. YatHub may receive referral compensation from certain providers.

5. Navigation and Safety

Any bridge clearance, depth, or route information provided by YatHub is for general planning purposes only. It is not navigational advice. Captains and vessel operators are solely responsible for confirming all information with official sources before navigating.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with the operation of our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on the YatHub platform are owned by YatHub Docks LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YatHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
